To qualify for a refund or exchange due to a faulty item, we require a submission of request for replacement and we will determine if the item qualifies as a damaged good.
To submit your request for a replacement due to a damaged or faulty item, please notify us via our Contact Us page along with your email address, contact details and order details. Once received, we will request for photographic evidence to proceed.
Requests should be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item, any requests received after this period will not be valid.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged at the manufacturing stage. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind or incorrect size orders. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.
* Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.
*We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please kindly contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a replacement item for the damaged or faulty item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will be in contact with the gift giver and they will be notified of the process.
